WHAT TO EXPECT | All the fine details

ORDERING STATIONERY
When ordering one of my semi-custom stationery designs, you are ordering based upon the general layout, font selection and format. Customization is provided only for card stock, font text color and replacing personal information. No major changes to the design format are allowed for semi-custom orders.
*Designer Tip: "Don't quite see anything you like? Contact me and we can work up something custom together!"

PROCESS & TIMELINE

Within 2-3 business days of placing your order you will receive your first design proof. Please do not place your order until you
have all needed information for customization ​
(date, time, location, rsvp info, quantity, etc). Insufficient or missing information
from the buyer will slow down the initial design process. Up to 3 rounds of emailed proofing are included with your purchase.
Each additional round of proofing requires a $15.00 design fee. Printing will begin after the buyer has "approved the design" via
email. Printing, production and packaging takes 5-7 business days. Printed designs will be shipped with a tracking number via USPS.

Please allow 10-14 business days to from purchase to delivery.  

PROOF APPROVAL
Designs go into printing and production once the client has "approved for printing" via email. Once approved, no additional changes can be made.
*Designer Tip: "Before approving your proof I recommend having a friend or family member review it with a fresh set of eyes. After 7 years of designing I have seen some of the smallest biggest oopsies...like overlooking the groom's middle name."

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are accepted depending on availability.  If accepted, there is an additional fee of 15% applied to the total amount of the rush order.
 
POSTAGE & SHIPPING 
ALL shipping and postage will be assumed by the client. Shipping will automatically be added to your order according to the weight of your purchase. ALL orders will be shipped through USPS with tracking information.

POSTAL SERVICE & DELIVERY
Once shipped, Made 4u by Me! will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders.  

SALES TAX
Orders shipped to a California residence will be automatically charged CA sales tax of 7.25%. 

CANCELLATION OF PROJECT
If there is a need to cancel your stationery design project, please contact Made 4u by Me! as soon as possible. If your design has gone into print production, then the client will be responsible for the entire order amount as stated on the proposal.
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All designs are printed only upon the buyer’s approval. Therefore, there will be NO refunds or exchanges on APPROVED designs.
 
OWNERSHIP OF DESIGN
Made 4u by Me! owns the rights to ALL designs, used or unused by the client. Made 4u by Me! has the right to add any designs to their collections for later resale to other clients. 
 
PROMOTION
The client agrees that Made 4u by Me! may take any photographs of the finished product to use for promotion without compensation.  Made 4u by Me! has the right to use any of these photographs for promotion on social media, personal website, or for reference.
